I’m Jan, a veteran collections professional and owner of Your Collection Solution, LLC and I’m excited to finally have this opportunity to share my business and personal experiences about the world of collections and topics that surround it. There are many educational and often humorous topics to speak of and this is my outlet to vent a little and help creditors and businesses along the way with their own collection issues.

    Most impressive updating to your website! Excellent graphics as well as succint factual presentation! It is obvious much thought was put into the redesign of the YCS website.

    Jan, I am impressed buy the blog, and I have subscribed to the RSS feed. Your site delivers a lot of information in a well written and well organized manner. This will be the “go to” place for basic collection information for the consumer

    Hi Jan

    I have looked at your site with some interest as I may find myself moving out to West Point Military Academy with my fiance in the coming months. As you will see we are both in the same industry but across the pond from each other.

    I may be looking to establish a US operation if I arrive here to facilitate the collection of debt from UK companies on behalf of US Business and I wonder if you feel their might be a market for this? My background is a Head of Recovery for one of the UK’s Top Ten National Law Firms and I have operated my own commercial recovery agency now for 5 years.

    If you could contribute to my thought process it would be really appreciated?
